Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5112 platform. By registering or accessing any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the provisions stated below.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms apply to all 5112 platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 5112 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5112 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 5112 management. Continued use of the platform after amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this page to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.
The 5112 platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm you have reached the legal age and are eligible to use this service in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
To fully access 5112’s services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts without warning.
During registration, you must provide your full name, a valid email address, and other requested information. All data must be truthful and you are responsible for updating it if changes occur.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your 5112 account password and login details confidential. Do not share these with anyone. Any activity on your account—authorized or not—is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact the 5112 support team immediately via official email. We will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that is not reported within a reasonable timeframe.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 5112 platform user, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purposes illegal under Malaysian law or applicable jurisdiction.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or any interaction with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security or functionality of the 5112 platform in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Transferring, selling, or lending your account to any third party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or activities that harm 5112 or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or funding illegal activities.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, confiscation of account balances related to misconduct, and legal action if necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 5112 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets (Boost, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet) and online bank transfers via FPX. 5112 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed into your account. Please ensure the amount and payment method are correct before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed following 5112’s account verification procedures. Users must complete full identity verification before the first withdrawal request is approved. 5112 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious account activity is detected.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified in the account section after logging in. These limits may change from time to time at 5112’s sole discretion without prior notice.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Suspension & Account Closure Policy
5112 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, use of bots or automation, or any attempt to exploit the platform system. Accounts closed for violations are not eligible for balance refunds.
Users may also request to close their account by contacting 5112 customer support. Valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification, subject to no unusual account issues.
Liability Limits
The 5112 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 5112 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use or inability to use the platform, including technical issues, data loss, or game outcomes.
Users are fully responsible for their betting decisions. 5112 makes no guarantees of winnings and is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using the platform.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Term Changes
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5112 platform—including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, service names, and software code—is the exclusive property of 5112 and protected by relevant copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 5112.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 5112 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 5112 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Changes to Terms
5112 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and enforced under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved within the competent courts of Malaysia.
